Shipping policy

-All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

-Key Note Aromas is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen items during the delivery process. Additionally, Key Note Aromas is not responsible for returned packages. It is your responsibility to make sure all shipping/order information is accurate before order is processed. Please double check information and have a secure location for your deliveries prior to ordering. 

-Deliveries occur once a week during the winter season. Depending on order date, your order may arrive the following week. We’ll contact you via text message to notify you the day of delivery.
